Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Item Condition Requirements
Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition. Some items, such as handmade goods, custom products or hygiene-sensitive items, may not be eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us with your order number, product name and reason for return. We will provide the return instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

Refunds
Refunds are issued once your return is received and inspected. The refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider. Original shipping fees are not refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours and include photos. We will offer a replacement or refund.

Exchanges
If you need a different size, color or item, please request a return and place a new order.
